Role Description

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic ESL Teacher to join our team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The successful candidate will deliver engaging English language lessons, support students language development, and contribute to a dynamic international academic environment. In addition, the teacher will be responsible for preparing students for internal and external assessments, where applicable, including Cambridge, A-Level, and national examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective ESL lessons to primary and/or secondary students
• Develop students speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
• Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
• TESOL / IELTS / CELTA / TOEFL certification is a must
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (international experience is an advantage)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Tashkent, Uzbekistan
• Create a positive environment in the classroom
• Motivate students to study
