Bachelor's Degree (Economics / Management / Finance / Accounting / Risk Management, Law (Business/Corporate) Environmental Engineering / Industrial Engineering) or Master's Degree (Risk Management, Economics, Management, Finance, Environment, Sustainability, Public Policy, or Governance)
Minimum 2-5 years in governance, risk management, compliance, policy management, or ESG in banking/financial services institutions/state-owned financing/investment companies.
In-depth understanding of financing/credit/investment products and their policy implications for risk appetite, risk mitigation, and business flexibility.
Understanding of sustainable finance and ESG implementation within the corporation.
Strong judgment, strategic communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills
Experience in implementing Risk Management, Compliance, and GCG in accordance with OJK regulations, state-owned enterprise policies, and the COSO ERM and COSO Internal Control frameworks, and the ability to translate these into operational and strategic policies.
Mastery and/or experience in the implementation of ISO 31000, ISO 37301, ISO 37001, and an understanding of ISO 22301 (BCM) is an added advantage, including its integration into governance and risk management policies.
Experience coordinating the development, review, and harmonization of strategic policies across units, including policy lifecycle management and regulatory alignment.
