Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 58 years experience in ERP implementation projects.
- At least 3 end-to-end ERP projects as Project Manager.
- Minimum 2 Odoo implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of business processes: procurement, distribution, logistics, inventory, finance, retail.
- Experience in hybrid project methodology (Waterfall & Agile).
Technical Competency
- Understanding of Odoo architecture and PostgreSQL database structure.
- Basic ability to read Python code.
- Experience with API integration and middleware.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Gantt Chart, Risk Register).
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- On-time Go-Live delivery.
- Budget variance below 10%.
- UAT sign-off within agreed timeline.
- Stabilization period less than 30 days.
- High user adoption rate post go-live.

Lead and manage end-to-end ERP Odoo implementation projects from initiation to successful
go-live, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementation lifecycle: project initiation, requirement gathering, blueprint,
configuration, development, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization.
- Develop and manage project charter, scope, timeline, milestones, and budget.
- Conduct business workshops and finalize BRD, BPD, Functional Specification, and Gap Analysis.
- Oversee Odoo modules implementation (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, MRP, POS, HR).
- Manage custom development and integration with third-party systems.
- Ensure SIT, UAT, and quality control processes are properly executed.
- Manage stakeholder communication including C-level and department heads.
- Control scope creep and manage risk through structured governance framework.
- Lead cut-over planning and post go-live hypercare support.
