ERP Functional Consultant
Work Location: Jakarta / Cikarang (Depends your domicile!)
Job Description:
As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting ERP implementation projects from requirement analysis through post‑implementation support, working closely with business users and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews and fit/gap analysis sessions.
- Prepare and maintain issue lists, as‑is and to‑be process flow documents.
- Propose solutions and resolutions for identified gaps.
- Configure ERP modules based on business processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize systems when required.
- Support ERP implementation activities including data migration and system testing (UAT & SIT).
- Develop user manuals and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions and provide post‑implementation support to end users.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and implement optimization initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) in Engineering, Production Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience as an ERP consultant, ERP system implementer, or in a related role.
- Good understanding of ERP systems and manufacturing industry processes.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Professional attitude and ability to remain composed in complex situations.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing accounting and cost management modules will be an adventage.
