Job Description
- Act as the primary PIC for ERP Odoo and support daily business operations.
- Translate PRD and business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and Jira tickets.
- Collaborate with users, BP Team, and Developers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Coordinate ERP enhancement, bug fixing, and issue resolution processes.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training related to ERP Odoo.
- Maintain system documentation, workflows, and user guides.
- Monitor ERP utilization and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support UAT activities and implementation of new features.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is preferred.
- Familiar with requirement gathering, process mapping, system documentation, and Jira.
- Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
