Equipment Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Manage cross-functional spare parts operations by coordinating with the Procurement, Asset, Finance, and Supplier teams.
• Collect spare parts requirements from various departments and support the procurement process, including purchase request verification.
• Manage monthly inventory activities, including stock-in, stock-out, and stocktaking at the central warehouse.
• Register newly purchased spare parts into the NCC system and maintain accurate master data.
• Coordinate spare parts allocation and transfers with on-site teams and Chinese suppliers.
• Handle and translate Chinese import documents, spare parts lists, and technical information to support business operations.
• Work with the Finance team by providing the required procurement documents for the OA payment process.
• Ensure smooth spare parts operations and resolve cross-department coordination issues to prevent delays.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Equipment Engineering, or a related field.
• Mandarin proficiency
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and industrial equipment maintenance is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia for business trips and on-site support.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to different working environments.
