Industry: Physical AI / Embodied AI — Data Infrastructure & Simulation Technology
Location: Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia (work will primarily take place at local data collection supplier/client bases; additional sites across the country or region may be required as clients operate multiple collection bases with different suppliers)
Employment Type: Full-time (Employment contract to be facilitated through a local HR service provider / Employer of Record, as the company does not currently hold its own legal entity in Southeast Asia)

This role sits within the fast-growing Physical AI space, focused on building the data and evaluation infrastructure that powers embodied AI systems. The broader ecosystem centers on proprietary, full-stack simulation technology enabling scalable synthetic data generation and industrial-grade benchmarking — including automated synthetic data platforms, large-scale human behavior datasets, and industrial-grade evaluation platforms for embodied AI. Organizations in this space collaborate with leading global technology players and research institutions to shape next-generation open-source physical simulation standards, serving enterprise clients worldwide with cutting-edge data and simulation solutions.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for on-site/online daily hardware fault diagnosis and repair to ensure stable equipment operation.
2. Handle equipment fault tickets — quickly locate issues, close them out with complete documentation, and record fault logs and resolution steps.
3. Perform routine O&M tasks including firmware upgrades, parameter configuration, and version updates.
4. Maintain O&M records and asset inventories, and take charge of asset operations management.
5. Coordinate and report equipment issues to drive problem resolution and optimization; independently draft local SOPs.
Job Requirements
1. Proven experience in hardware equipment O&M, with the ability to independently troubleshoot common software and hardware issues.
2. Familiar with equipment commissioning, basic network configuration, and proficient with common O&M tools.
3. Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and service awareness.
4. Proficient in the Linux development environment, with solid Shell and Python scripting skills.
5. Familiarity with Docker and system services; knowledge of embedded software/hardware is a plus.
6. Fluent bilingual communication in Chinese and English preferred (e.g., ethnic Chinese, local Chinese, or overseas Chinese candidates); English-only candidates will also be considered. Must be capable of independently managing end-to-end coordination.
Candidate Profile
• Experience with smart hardware equipment O&M, familiar with the Linux development environment.
• Both local and Chinese nationals welcome; Chinese-speaking candidates preferred.
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Compensation
No fixed salary cap — compensation will be aligned with local market benchmarks for similar roles.
