Role Description

Focuses on consulting and delivering Epicor ERP Production module solutions, from understanding production processes and gathering requirements to designing, configuring, and optimizing solutions for manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end Epicor ERP implementations for Production modules.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Configure and optimize Epicor Production, MRP, Job Management, and Scheduling modules.
• Conduct user training, UAT, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with technical teams on customization, integration, and issue resolution.
• Prepare functional documentation and recommend manufacturing best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Epicor Functional Consultant, preferably with Production modules.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, MRP, scheduling, job management, and inventory.
• Experience with full-cycle ERP implementation is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries.
• Exposure to multi-site or multi-company implementations.
• Familiarity with MES, shop floor operations, integrations, or reporting tools.
