Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and update regularly environment parameter performance based on ISO 14001, PROPER, and RKL-RPL requirement
- In charge for preparation & developing an environment document to meet ISO 14001, PROPER and Lender requirement
- Monitor and ensure that all environment parameter performance comply with ISO 14001, RKL-RPL PROPER, and lender requirement.
- Coordinate internally and externally for audit activity (ISO 14001, PROPER, Environment Government, and others Environment Audit) and create work activity planning for Environment Section
- Develop and create monthly performance report for Environment Section
- Control follow up action of finding environment item and improvement plan
- Collecting and analyzing all environmental parameter data performance, environment incident investigation and develop incident investigation reports, and create environment annual training plan and control the training implementation
- Develop and create environment emergency response preparedness plan and develop environment emergency drill planning regularly
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Chemical or Environment Engineering
- Have 5+ years of working experience in as Environment Engineer at Petrochemical/ Chemical plant or refinery
- Proficient knowledge and have working experience for preparation ISO 14001 certification, PROPER assessment, RKL-RPL Document
- Has good knowledge and work experience related waste water, air emission, and hazardous waste
- Certified environment professional is preferred
- Experienced & capable as Environment Trainer
- Have good English communication skill both writing and speaking
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willing to be place in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
