ABOUT JOB:

This position will contribute to a major international Railway Infrastructure Project in Southeast Asia, involving the planning, execution, integration, and delivery of complex multidisciplinary rail systems and civil works. The role requires strong technical expertise, coordination across multiple stakeholders, adherence to global railway standards, and leadership in ensuring successful project outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Implement HSE policies aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Conduct site safety audits, training, and inspections.
• Ensure contractor compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action planning.
• Support emergency response and safety programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in HSE, Engineering, or related fields.
• 10+ years HSE management experience.
• Mega-infrastructure or rail experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance frameworks.
