Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE strategies in line with corporate and statutory requirements.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of HSE professionals to elevate performance and capabilities
- Oversee audits, inspections, training programs, and HSE performance reporting.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans across operational and project activities.
- Foster a proactive safety culture and support new site transitions and operational growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in HSE management, ideally in data centers or technical/industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive safety awareness across teams.
