A Support Engineer solves problems submitted by Clients well and maintains the process of solving them smoothly and thoroughly Provide remote and on-site support for all clients and projects Ensure proper recording and reporting of all issues and Provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients.

  4. Work experience is not necessary.

  5. Minimum education Bachelor Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.

  6. Good knowledge of Linux Operating System administration.

  7. Willing to be placed to work outside Jakarta and abroad.

  8. Have analytical and systematic thinking.

  4. Perform systems support and database administration on the client premise.
