Job Description

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our ambitious Jakarta team. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with enterprise clients across industries such as logistics, transportation, agriculture, and construction.

Teltonika's Telematics business unit develops and manufactures easy-to-use GPS tracking devices designed to enhance fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and other industries. By utilizing the latest technologies, we consistently set new standards in the telematics space.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify, approach and acquire new enterprise clients identifying and pursuing high-value business opportunities from various Industry (System Integration, Transportation and Logistics, and Mining Industry)
  • Drive new customer acquisition through strategic outreach (cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting)
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals and close contracts to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key enterprise accounts through regular communication and meetings
  • Represent Teltonika at industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetingsboth locally and internationally
  • Collaborate closely with product specialists and technical support teams to deliver client-centric solutions

Requirements

  • A results-driven individual contributor with at least 4 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales
  • Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) as it is the primary language of business
  • A true hunter confident in generating leads and opening doors in new accounts
  • Experienced with CRM systems and organized in managing pipelines
  • A well-organized, target-driven personality who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
