As an Enterprise Sales Executive at Eranyacloud, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion. This role requires someone who is highly skilled in client engagement, stakeholder management, and solution alignment within cloud services. You will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into effective cloud solutions.
Key responsibility
- Develop and manage enterprise sales opportunities within hospitals, healthcare providers, and healthcare ecosystems.
- Build strong relationships with hospital management, IT teams, procurement, and C-level stakeholders.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable healthcare IT and SIMRS solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, presentation, negotiation, to deal closing.
- Collaborate with technical and solution teams to create tailored proposals and demonstrations.
- Achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence in the healthcare industry.
- Maintain pipeline, sales forecast, and CRM updates regularly.
- Monitor healthcare industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and long-term account management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales, preferably in healthcare IT or SIMRS industry.
- Strong understanding of hospital workflows, healthcare business processes, and SIMRS solutions.
- Proven experience handling enterprise or strategic accounts in healthcare sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experienced in dealing with hospital directors, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Target-oriented with proven sales achievement track record.
- Familiar with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activity
