Enterprise Risk Management

Responsibilities :

• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to minimize risk exposure.
• Prepare risk reports and present findings to Management.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management initiatives.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Risk Management in Palm Oil Industry, Manufacturing Company, or any related industry.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), internal control, and governance principles.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and preparing risk reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with audit methodologies and compliance standards.
• Professional certification such as CAFO, CRMP, QIA, CIA, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
