Collect and analyze data related to TKS assessments (governance factors, risk profile factors, profitability factors, and capital factors) from relevant departments, and prepare periodic reports
Conduct assessments and compile reports on the results
Prepare and draft the Annual Business Plan and Half-Year Realization Report
Design and develop risk management policies, frameworks, and procedures
Develop and maintain risk dashboards, scorecards, and reports using key risk indicators (KRIs), control effectiveness metrics, and emerging risk data
Monitor and ensure effective control and implementation of Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Financial Risk, and Business Continuity Management
Provide analytical support in developing and implementing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) methodologies, including risk identification, assessment, prioritization, tracking, mitigation, and reporting
Review and monitor the implementation and updates of all company SOPs and policies
Manage the Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model and related risk policies
Design and review TKS within the Comprehensive Risk Console
Assist in promoting Risk Management awareness across the organization
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Min. 5 years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, preferably from financial services or banking industry
Strong understanding of risk management, TKS assessments, and ECL (Expected Credit Loss) model
