Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Documentation: Gather user requirements, map end-to-end business workflows, and create detailed system documentation (BRD/FSD).
• Odoo Solution Architecture: Analyze company pain points and deliver tailored Odoo ERP implementations (E-Commerce, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM).
• AI Integration & Automation: Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging AI technologies (e.g., predictive analytics, automated document processing, conversational AI, generative AI tools) into core business processes.
• System Implementation & Delivery: Manage software rollouts, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), oversee go-live procedures, and provide SLA-backed maintenance and troubleshooting.
• IT Infrastructure & System Operations: Oversee database performance, system availability, network monitoring, and vendor relationships to ensure high-uptime operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Fullstack Developer, preferably in consulting, telecommunications, or related industries.
• Proven track record in IT system development, infrastructure design, and Odoo ERP custom development.
• Strong background in core business processes: E-commerce, Sales Order, Inventory Management, Accounting, and CRM.

Technical & AI Capabilities

• ERP Experience: Hands-on experience developing or implementing ERP/Accounting systems such as Odoo (required), SAP, SAP Business One, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• AI & Automation Literacy: Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation techniques (e.g., using AI for workflow automation, code assistance, data analysis, or LLM-driven process enhancement).
• Databases: MySQL, MariaDB, SQL Server (administration, backup/restore, high availability/failover).
• Programming: Working knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, Python/Odoo framework, or VB.NET.
• Network & Systems: Basic routing/switching, MikroTik, Cacti, Zabbix network monitoring, and system administration.
