We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and scalability of our enterprise solutions and ecosystem integrations. In this role, you will navigate complex B2B environments, ensuring our products deliver high value to enterprise clients. A pivotal part of this position involves serving as the primary bridge between our internal teams and external strategic partners to drive product growth, seamless integration, and long-term client retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Product & Vendor Management

  • Roadmap & Strategy: Build and execute a scalable product roadmap aligned with enterprise needs and operational efficiency.
  • Vendor & Partner SPOC: Act as the primary point of contact for external technology vendors and implementation partners, ensuring synchronized delivery.
  • Stakeholder Diplomacy: Manage high-level client expectations regarding customizations while maintaining core product integrity.

2. Product Execution & Quality Control

  • Requirement Ownership: Responsible for defining complete requirements and acceptance criteria for all backlog and bug issues, specifically those reported by the Customer Success team.
  • Backlog Prioritization: Strategically prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, technical necessity, and designated requirements.
  • QA Collaboration: Review test cases created by the QA team to ensure they align perfectly with the defined product requirements.
  • Development Optimization: Continuously optimize the product development lifecycle to ensure production releases have minimum bugs and meet high-quality standards.

3. Team Leadership & Documentation

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage and monitor cross-functional product development teams, including UI/UX, Engineering, and QA, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive product technical documentation for both internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring all product information is clear and accessible.

Requirements

  • Experience: 35 years as a Product Manager, with a strong background in B2B SaaS, Enterprise Solutions, or complex platform ecosystems.
  • Vendor Management: Proven track record of managing relationships and delivery with external third-party vendors or system integrators.
  • System Implementation Knowledge: Familiarity with Tier-1 enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) or large-scale API-driven platforms.
  • Execution Excellence: Strong experience in writing BRD/PRD, defining acceptance criteria, and overseeing the QA/Testing process.
  • Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of system integrations and API workflows; comfortable discussing technical constraints with Engineering.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both technical teams and C-suite external stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value and ROI for enterprise clients.
