As an Enterprise Data Science & AI Instructor, you will play a strategic role in supporting organizations in building data-driven capabilities and fostering analytical excellence. You will contribute to the development of professionals by delivering high-quality learning experiences, guiding participants through practical, real-world applications of Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and emerging AI technologies. Duties/Responsibilities
- Complete development program designed to build instructional capability, technical competency, and delivery excellence for professional and corporate training environments.
- Support program delivery by preparing training materials, hands-on exercises, datasets, and real case study examples relevant to industry applications
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of learning content, frameworks, and educational tools for both public and corporate programs
- Collaborate with lead instructors and curriculum teams in planning and executing training programs, including acting as teaching support when required
- Provide mentoring and technical guidance to participants through online or offline support channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to data and analytics-related inquiries.
- Maintain class administration and documentation, including attendance tracking, learning progress monitoring, assessment grading, and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in areas related to but not limited to Mathematics, Computer Science, and Information Technology will be an advantage.
- Strong hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and/or Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agentic workflow, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, LangChain) and SQL
- Familiar with Power BI/Tableau and end-to-end analytics or ML workflow
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong communication skills, presentation, and classroom-management skills
- Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and helping other learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced learning environment
