Role Description The Enterprise AI Solutions Consultant is a full-time hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a mix of on-site client engagement and work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for understanding client business challenges, analyzing requirements, and designing AI and cloud-based solutions that address strategic and operational needs. Day-to-day activities include conducting discovery workshops, preparing solution architectures, creating proposals and presentations, and supporting presales activities with the sales team. The consultant will collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery, provide guidance during implementation, and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing advisory support. The role also involves staying current with AI, cloud, and security trends to recommend relevant innovations to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess client requirements, interpret data, and translate business problems into technical solution designs.
- Consulting experience, including leading client discussions, gathering requirements, and providing strategic recommendations on AI and cloud adoption.
- Presales and sales capabilities, such as developing solution proposals, creating demos, delivering presentations, and supporting deal negotiations.
- Project management skills to coordinate solution delivery, manage timelines and stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation outcomes.
- Knowledge of enterprise AI concepts, cloud platforms, and security best practices; experience with relevant tools and frameworks is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with clients at multiple organizational levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in AI, cloud, or security are a plus.
