About the role

The Enterprise Project Management Officer will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and completion of enterprise-level projects. This role requires a seasoned project management professional with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of project management methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time based on the agreed scope of work.

You'll be working on:

  • Ensure enterprise-level projects align with organizational goals, strategies, and company KPIs.
  • Monitor company KPIs closely, promptly escalating potential issues that could hinder target achievement.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to track company KPIs, identifying root causes and devising solutions as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders in planning, executing, and delivering enterprise-level projects.
  • Diligently track project progress and milestones to ensure timely delivery and goal adherence.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success, serving as a channel for team issues to reach management.
  • Provide periodic reports on company KPIs and enterprise project portfolios to executives.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Constantly review and refine existing processes and procedures to promote more effective collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale, enterprise-level projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
