We are looking for a dedicated and qualified English Voice Agent holding a professional Hearing Aid Specialist Certification to join our team.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduate Degree (Bachelor's degree or above).
- Professional Certification: Must hold a valid professional certification as a Hearing Aid Specialist.
- Language Proficiency: Minimum C1-level English proficiency certificate based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM upon joining, with a requirement to reach 40 WPM within 90 days.
- Experience: Experience in contact center or customer support services is preferred.
- Core Competencies: Strong sense of service and responsibility, high patience, resilience under pressure, and flexibility to adapt to customer schedules.
Work Location: Sleman City Hall, Onsite working arrangement
