Below are the requirements :

- Minimum Education D3 any major

- Have experience at Contact Centre and BPO Industry as Trainer (any related position)

- Have on experience at the same role minimum 6 month

- Ability to develop training modules and evaluate service quality

- Detail-oriented with a good understanding of customer service standards

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (MANDATORY)

- English skills is a must ( minimum B2)

- Ready join ASAP

- Willing for placement at Surakarta
