English Teacher

Sparks English (part of SEVEN Retail Group) is a trusted English learning center for children and teens, offering a high-quality, affordable, and accessible education that helps students achieve success both academically and personally.

Currently we're growing fast and looking for new team to join with us. If you have experience and passionate to teach English to the students, explore the opportunities as an English Teacher

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from any major (Majoring in Education major will be a plus)
• Fluent English speakers (B2 to C1 level)
• Passionate in teaching and working with students
• Flexible for placement
• Open to full-time position

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English lessons in offline classes to children ages 3-18
• Prepare the lesson plans and materials that support their teaching
• Evaluate student progress and provide ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents
• Maintain student and class records
• Coordinate with the sales team in acquiring new students, such as hosting trial classes and conducting placement tests
• Coordinate with the marketing team for marketing and off-site events, including participating in photoshoots and video shoots for documentation that will be published in our advertisements and on our social media platforms
• Acting as a mentor and assist our English Teacher to develop their skills
