Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Teach TOEFL ITP or IELTS Preparation classes. Applicants who are not yet experienced in TOEFL/IELTS should be capable of teaching upper-intermediate (B2) to advanced English.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor students progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, interactive, and student-centered learning environment.
- Participate in teacher training, meetings, and academic development programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in English Education, English Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Able to teach TOEFL ITP or IELTS Preparation is highly preferred.
- If not experienced in TOEFL/IELTS, applicants must be confident teaching upper-intermediate (B2) to advanced English, including advanced grammar, academic writing, speaking, and communication skills.
- Teaching experience is preferred; fresh graduates with strong English proficiency are welcome to apply.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passionate about teaching and committed to students success.
- TOEFL, IELTS, TESOL, CELTA, or other English teaching certifications are an advantage.
