English Outbound Call Sales Support

What We're Looking For

- Experience in the sales or inbound/outbound call contact center industry

- Minimum education: D3 in any Major

- English level Upper B2 and C1 (Will be tested during recruitment)

- Good written English

- Communicative

- Ready to work in shifts

- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta (WFO)

What You'll Be Doing

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote electronic products (e.g., home appliances, gadgets, accessories).

- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

- Maintain and update customer information in the system.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
