English Inbound Sales

Job Descriptions:

• Respond to calls, chats, or emails from customers who are proactively seeking information about our products or services.
• Your main focus is to close sales from incoming leads (customers who contact us).
• Effectively use your Customer Service skills (empathy and problem-solving) to dispel customer doubts and handle objections.
• Provide detailed, convincing, and relevant information to encourage purchase decisions.
• Accurately record and monitor all interactions and sales statuses in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or a Blended role involving sales targets.
• Highly motivated by sales targets and with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding quotas.
• Possess excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian, with a convincing intonation while remaining professional and courteous.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain motivated despite facing rejections.
• Minimum D3/S1 is preferred.
