This isn't your typical call center role—you'll be responsible for assigning mystery shoppers, collecting and labelling survey data (quality check), and ensuring smooth operations via phone and email. Job Description:

• Assist in assigning & calling shoppers / auditors in Americas / Europe region
• Quality check online reports & surveys according to set service standards
• Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to allocate evaluations & surveys
• Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in any field
• Good command of the English language
• Willing to work in day or night shift
• Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Strong negotiation skill
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
