What We're Looking For
- Experience in Customer Service is preferred
- Minimum Edu D3
- Minimum GPA 2,75
- English B1/B2 minimum
- Your English speaking is on point
- Communicative
- Ready to work in shifting schedule (yes, weekends & public holidays included)
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta (WFO)
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support through email, chat, and other communication channels in English.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, payments, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Provide professional, accurate, and timely solutions to customer concerns.
- Handle customer complaints with patience, empathy, and a customer-first approach.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting service quality and performance standards.
