Role Description

The English Club at School Builder is a part-time, remote role focused on designing and facilitating virtual English clubs within the fondi app.

In this role, the builder will plan interactive club activities, create conversation themes, and organize regular sessions that encourage learners to practice English in a fun and structured way. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson outlines or discussion guides, moderating club events, supporting learner engagement, and gathering feedback to improve club experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong English skills to design and lead effective club sessions.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage learners and support a positive community experience.
• Ability to use Translation skills when needed to clarify meaning and support multilingual learners.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools and virtual platforms.
• Experience working with diverse, international learners or communities is an advantage.
• Background in education, language instruction, or community building is beneficial.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
