Engineering Technician (Operator)

Team Introduction

Daewoong Pharmaceutical Indonesia is a proud subsidiary of Daewoong Group, a global healthcare company committed to advancing biotechnology and pharmaceutical innovation. At our Cikarang site, our Engineering Team is the operational backbone, specializing in the maintenance, qualification, and continuous improvement of critical utilities and high-tech manufacturing equipment essential for producing stem cell–based therapies and high-quality cosmetic products. As part of our team, you will work closely with experts across Production and Quality Assurance to ensure facility reliability, system efficiency, and strict adherence to cGMP/CPKB compliance standards. We are a solution-driven, mission-critical team dedicated to leveraging technical excellence to support Daewoong's global leadership in healthcare innovation and operational reliability.

Your Role in this Journey:

1. Carry out the annual machine and building maintenance program.
2. Carry out repairs to machines, buildings and facilities if damage occurs.
3. Carry out daily machine, electrical panel, water and AHU monitoring.
4. Monitor and record the performance of monitoring tools in the monitoring room.
5. Identify the cause of any defective machines, tools, and instrument.
6. Be able to work together and communicate with other departments.
7. Carry out continuous improvements to equipment to achieve high efficiency.
8. Make K3, ISO, CPOB and CPKB as a work culture and standard.
9. Take an active role in the implementation of the quality system in the factory.
10. Carry out other tasks assigned by the superior.
11. Provide reports periodically to Engineering Manager or Staff.

Who We're Excited to Meet:

1. Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Have basic technical knowledge such as reading technical drawings, making technical drawings, etc.
3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, and cleanroom requirements.
4. Understand the basics of electricity.
5. Have practical and technical experience and knowledge in maintaining and repairing pharmaceutical production machines such as: autoclaves, air handling units, boilers, refrigeration systems etc.
6. Willingness to work in shifts and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
7. Understanding work principle of clean room.
8. Willing to be based in Cikarang

Preferred:

Mechanical or Electrical engineering, preferably have min. 1 years of experience in pharma equipment service maintenance and trouble shooting.
