We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Technician who enjoys solving problems, maintaining facilities, and ensuring our operations run safely and efficiently every day.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance on building facilities and engineering systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general building issues.
- Maintain fitness equipment, recovery facilities (sauna, steam room, ice bath, hot tub), swimming pool systems, and restaurant/kitchen equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
- Monitor pool filtration systems, pumps, and water circulation.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs, and spare parts inventory.
- Support workplace safety standards and emergency response procedures.
- Work closely with Operations, Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, and external contractors to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Vocational (SMK) in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Building Maintenance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, commercial buildings, or facility maintenance.
- Good understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and respond to emergency maintenance when needed.
- Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
