Join Dijiwa Sanctuaries as an Engineering Supervisor at Mathis Retreat Ubud, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional quality and safety of our luxury boutique sanctuary. As part of our Engineering team, you will ensure that every guest experiences the tranquility and comfort they expect from a Dijiwa property, while preserving the authentic Indonesian charm that makes our sanctuaries unique. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering professional who thrives in a hospitality environment and takes pride in creating seamless guest experiences through behind-the-scenes excellence. You will lead a dedicated team of technicians, coordinate with other departments, and ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems operate flawlessly. Your technical expertise combined with your ability to communicate warmly with colleagues and external partners will be essential in maintaining our property's exceptional standards.
