Purpose: Why you're here at Brown Bag Films Bali

Ensure the building's electrical, plumbing, civil and non-IT electronic support items are running

and functioning normally. Responsible for carrying out routine maintenance and checks every

day, ensuring toilets, water pumps, air conditioners, switches, lights etc. are in accordance with

standards, solving electrical and non-IT electronic problems that require repair, and reporting to

Facility if there are building electrical, plumbing, civil and non-IT electronic problems that cannot

be resolved to call in experts. And always standby 24 hours for building emergencies either by

telephone or when you have to come to the studio at certain times.

Responsibilities: What you are regularly responsible for doing on your job

1. Ensure all non-IT work supports are functioning properly such as electrical, generator,

main UPS, AC, water pump, building

2. Evaluate the results of routine maintenance of generators, main UPS, air conditioners,

water pumps and buildings

3. Oversee the maintenance and repair of non-IT work support (non-IT electronics,

generators, water pumps, buildings etc.)

4. Collaborate with IT team for electrical transfer, maintenance and repair on employee WS

5. Ensure routine maintenance schedules are on track

6. Report to Facility if there is something that cannot be repaired and requires expert

assistance

7. Record and report any repairs and routine maintenance performed on non-IT work

support electronics

8. Stand by 24 hours via telephone or come directly if emergency problems related to

buildings, electricity and non-IT electronics outside working hours.

• Knowledge

1. General knowledge of engineer duties and responsibilities

2. In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Civils

3. Understanding of simple maintenance and repairs

4. Understanding of K3 safety procedures

• Experience

1. At least 2 years of experience as an engineer for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and

civil engineering.

2. Proven track record of understanding and being able to implement simple

maintenance and repair work on machinery, electrical, plumbing and civil works.

3. Experience in performing maintenance, simple repairs, anticipation and supervision of

mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil repairs.

• Technical skills

1. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil maintenance, simple repair and

troubleshooting skills to anticipate breakdowns or dysfunctions in operational support

equipment.

2. Communication and coordination skills with facilities regarding maintenance and

repairs.

3. Mastering basic things in the engineer work scope and K3 safety
