Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be contributing to the development of technical engineering division. You will work directly with the director closely to develop this division.

This role requires you to provide Training and Support to the company and its clients. This consist of technical support, troubleshooting issues, conducting field services, and managing engineering projects. Tasks can sometime include inspecting, repairing, and maintaining bearing systems, performing diagnostics, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure optimum product performance. Additionally, the role involves delivering excellent customer service and maintaining technical records and reports.

Qualifications

• Proven Communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to clients and team members
• Project Management capabilities to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables in technical projects
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to dynamic on-site environments
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is desirable
• Mobius Institute VCAT I , VCAT II, or other similar certification is highly desirable
• Experience in the bearing industry or mechanical engineering services is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software is a plus
