Job Description

Responsibilities

Support planning, supervision, and execution of civil and facility projects
Monitor construction progress and facility infrastructure to ensure smooth operations
Oversee preventive maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems
Supervise technical repairs and coordinate with internal teams and contractors
Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications
Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
Manage energy efficiency and support operational effectiveness
Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or related field)
Experience in footwear manufacturing industry is preferred
Experience in civil projects, construction, or facility management
Strong project coordination and supervision skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving skills and safety awareness
Disciplined in documentation and reporting
Professional English for reporting; Mandarin (min. HSK 2) is preferred
Able to work under pressure and in a team
