Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical engineering team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Oversee system design, testing, and implementation to ensure performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Production, and Project Management).
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to engineers and technicians.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Evaluate and improve engineering processes for efficiency and quality.
- Ensure all technical operations comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Support product innovation, prototype testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or engineering management roles.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Experience in drone technology, robotics, or aerospace systems is a strong advantage.
