ENGINEERING MANAGER
Lead and manage overall engineering activities covering Electrical and Mechanical disciplines to ensure successful project execution.
Oversee The Design, Development, And Implementation Of
Engine & Turbine Control System retrofit/upgrade
Power Management System (PMS)
Mechanical components, structures, and installation systems
Ensure integration between electrical, control, and mechanical systems in all projects.
Manage End-to-end Engineering Project Lifecycle
Engineering design
Manufacturing & assembly
Testing (FAT)
Installation & commissioning
Develop And Review Engineering Documents, Including
Single line diagram / elementary diagram
Wiring diagram

Equipment index
Mechanical drawings and installation methods
Lead testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities, both on-site and remote.
Act as technical escalation point for complex issues and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
Manage Project Planning And Execution
Manpower allocation
Scheduling (daily, weekly, monthly)
Timeline & deadline control
Budget and cost efficiency
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, procurement, site team).
Ensure All Engineering Deliverables Meet
Client requirements
Quality standards
Safety (HSE/HSSE) standards
Conduct technical presentations, product training, and support business development when required.
Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, system design, and project execution.
Lead, mentor, and develop engineering team members (Electrical & Mechanical Engineers).
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics / related field.
Minimum 58 years of experience in engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Control System), with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong Experience In
Engine & Turbine Control Systems (Governor Control)
Power Management Systems (PMS)
(Synchronization, Load Sharing, Droop, Base Load, Breaker Management)
Good Understanding Of
PLC & HMI systems
Electrical & control integration
Mechanical systems, fabrication, and installation
Experience in project management (planning, execution, monitoring, closing).
Proven Experience In
Testing & commissioning
Troubleshooting (on-site & remote support)
Customer handling
Familiar With Engineering Tools/software
AutoCAD / SolidWorks (mechanical)
PLC programming tools
Engineering documentation tools
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to make quick decisions and solve complex technical problems.
Good communication skills in English (spoken & written).
Willing to travel (domestic & overseas) for project and site support.
