Engineering Manager(Consumer Electronics Complete Machines)

Job Responsibilities

Lead the production line layout planning for multi-batch, small-lot consumer electronics complete machines, optimize the entire process of component assembly, testing, and packaging, and enhance production rationality.

Be responsible for on-site IE improvement, address production efficiency bottlenecks targeted, and continuously improve production line effectiveness.

Coordinate the daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrade transformation of automated production equipment to ensure stable operation of equipment.

Collaborate closely with production, quality, and PMC teams, promote optimal production configuration, and ensure efficient order delivery.

Job Requirements

Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Possess solid professional competence in production technology and practical experience in lean improvement.

Strong self-motivation, courage to make breakthroughs, and continuous pursuit of technical and management capability improvement.
