Engineering Director

Job Responsibility:

1. Responsible for the introduction, management and maintenance of automation equipment, solve equipment bottlenecks, and OEE and UPH in advance
2. Responsible for product production process and technical efficiency optimization management, improve product production efficiency and product quality, and reduce costs through lean production
3. Responsible for the work of process, equipment, engineering materials, PE, IE, to ensure that the product is put into production and meets the technical requirements of the product
4. Maintenance and supervision of facilities for normal operation of supporting factorie
5. Developing the Engineering Organization
6. Implement policies related to employee health and safety programs that comply with applicable regulations and standards.
7. Implement policies related to waste management programs that comply with applicable regulations and standards.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Electronics, Electromechanical, or related majors
2. More than 10 years of work experience in automobiles, mobile phones, or consumer electronics
3. Experience in large foreign companies preferred
4. More than 5 years of management experience
5. More than 4 years of experience in automation equipment introduction & maintenance
6. 2D/3D design software certification (ProEng/Creo, AutoCAD) if any
7. Certification in Automation / Industry 4.0 (preferred)
8. Strategic layout & planning capability
9. Leadership & team management ability
10. Understanding of Industry 4.0 & intelligent manufacturing
11. Communication & cross-functional coordination skills
