Indosat and its subsidiary are standing up one of the largest concentrated NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 deployments in the region — 150MW of critical GPU capacity across 4 data center locations, approximately 930 racks in total. Every role on this program exists to get liquid-cooled, GPU-dense racks from receiving dock to customer-accepted, billable capacity, on schedule and without compromising commissioning rigor.

We're hiring across every discipline, this scale of building requires electrical and mechanical commissioning, network and fiber, GPU hardware bring-up, systems software, facility safety, and program-level commissioning management.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Commissioning and Validation Activities

Perform testing, inspection, commissioning, and validation activities to ensure data center infrastructure, equipment, systems, and facilities are installed, configured, and operating according to design specifications and operational requirements.

• Follow Operational Procedures and Quality Standards

Adhere to approved commissioning methodologies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), methods of procedures (MOPs), quality standards, and documentation requirements to ensure consistent and reliable delivery.

• Coordinate Cross-Functional Deployment Activities

Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, operations, vendors, contractors, and project teams to ensure activities are synchronized and project milestones are achieved on schedule.

• Support System Integration and Readiness

Verify the successful integration of power, cooling, network, hardware, software, facility systems, and supporting infrastructure to achieve operational readiness and customer acceptance.

• Maintain Safety, Compliance, and Risk Controls

Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while identifying and mitigating operational risks.

• Manage Documentation, Reporting, and Handover

Prepare, maintain, and review commissioning records, test results, asset information, issue logs, acceptance documentation, and handover packages to support project governance and operational transition.

• Identify and Resolve Technical Issues

Troubleshoot system, equipment, and deployment issues, coordinate corrective actions, and drive timely resolution to minimize delays and ensure successful commissioning outcomes.

General Requirement

• Experience in Data center, critical facility or heavy industrial build
• Comfortable working from formal procedures (MOPs/SOPs) on a live, fast-moving deployment program
• Safety-first mindset and willingness to work on-site full time across our 4 locations
• Strong cross-functional coordination, this program only works if every discipline stays synchronized

Skills Requirement (any of these)

• Electrical Commissioning Engineer: MV/LV switchgear, UPS, generators, PDU/busway . Key Certification: SKTTK / Ahli K3 Listrik
• Mechanical / Liquid-Cooling Commissioning Technician: Pressure testing, glycol chemistry, CDU systems. Key Certification: Ahli K3 Bejana Tekan
• Network & Cabling Engineer: Datacenter networking or structured cabling. Key Certification: NVIDIA Spectrum-X / CCNP-DC (a plus)
• GPU Hardware Bring-up Engineer: Server/GPU hardware bring-up or DC hardware QA. Key Certification: NVIDIA DGX/HGX cert (a plus)
• Systems & Software Engineer: Linux systems/DevOps/SRE; GPU/HPC exposure a plus. Key Certification: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (a plus)
• Commissioning Manager: DC commissioning, PM, or technical delivery. Key Certification: PMP or equivalent
• Facility Systems & Safety Engineer: Background in facility systems, EHS, or construction safety. Key Certification: Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U)
• Data Center Logistics Technician: DC ops, warehouse logistics, equipment receiving. Key Certification: SIO Operator Forklift (a plus).
