Engineering And Maintenance Manager

PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting our client, a well-established multinational manufacture, seeking an Engineering &Maintenance Manager to lead Maintenance, Engineering, and Utility functions within its plant operations.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a sizeable technical team and play a key role in ensuring plant reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Maintenance, Engineering, and Utility operations within the manufacturing plant.
• Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability of production equipment and facilities.
• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Oversee troubleshooting activities and minimize machine downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance and maintenance effectiveness.
• Manage utility systems and supporting facilities to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 30 technical personnel.
• Collaborate closely with Production and Plant Management to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines).
• Proven experience in Maintenance and Engineering leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery maintenance, engineering, and utility operations.
• Hands-on experience managing manufacturing equipment, preferably including:
• Injection Molding
• UV Coating
• Printing
• Stamping
• Assembly Lines
• Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and project management skills.
