Perform onsite monitoring, inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance for WiFi infrastructure, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems.
Perform troubleshooting and issue identification for network connectivity, hardware, software, and device-related problems.
Monitor the operational condition and availability of WiFi, PIDS, CCTV, and Locotrack systems to ensure services are running properly.
Handle technical incidents and perform recovery actions in accordance with operational procedures and agreed SLA.
Requirements:
Minimum education (SMK), preferably majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in onsite Technical Support, IT infrastructure, Networking, or electronic systems.
Have basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP Addressing, WiFi/Access Point, Switch, and Router.
Have knowledge and experience in handling WiFi infrastructure and troubleshooting.
Have knowledge and experience in CCTV systems, including camera installation, NVR/DVR, IP Camera, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
Have knowledge and/or experience in Passenger Information Display System (PIDS) or other display and information systems.
Have knowledge and/or experience in handling GPS, tracking, or vehicle monitoring systems, preferably related to Locotrack or locomotive/train tracking systems.
Able to respond to incidents and provide timely technical support in accordance with the applicable SLA.
