Engineer Intern

We are looking for Engineer Intern. This is 12months Internship Program, based in Bekasi. Be part of a future which is full of delicious moments created locally, by you!

What Your Days Look Like:

• Support engineering projects related to installation and commissioning of machinery and production lines
• Assist in ensuring smooth production processes with minimal downtime
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to avoid machine breakdowns
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Safety teams to ensure alignment of project and operational plans
• Contribute to improving safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in monitoring and reporting engineering performance and project progress

The Ingredients For Success:

• Under graduate students in Bachelor of Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Strong interest in project-based engineering work (installation to commissioning)
• Basic understanding of machinery systems (preferred)
• Strong initiative and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work in teams
• Problem-solving mindset, especially related to production efficiency and breakdown issues
• Able to work in cross-functional environments
