Job Description
What You Will Do :
- Supervise daily electrical operations, ensuring all equipment and systems run efficiently and safely.
- Lead troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, control panels, motors, and automation devices.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety procedures, electrical codes, and company policies.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance oversight for electrical technicians.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to support operational and project requirements.
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years experiences in Electrical fields, manufacture industry is preffered.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Willing to work on site from Cikarang area.
