Job Description

What You Will Do :

Supervise daily electrical operations, ensuring all equipment and systems run efficiently and safely.
Lead troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, control panels, motors, and automation devices.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety procedures, electrical codes, and company policies.
Provide guidance, training, and performance oversight for electrical technicians.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to support operational and project requirements.

What We're Looking for :

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
At least 3 years experiences in Electrical fields, manufacture industry is preffered.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and industrial automation.
Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Willing to work on site from Cikarang area.
