Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Execute Preventive Maintenance/ Inspection
- Planned/Unplanned Repair as per scheduled/ planned and approved by Section Manager
- Ensure all documentation is done for each Work Order carried out and provide system support for logistics operations
- Liaise with the Control Centre and Operational Team on maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of maintenance works with no disruption to logistics operations
- Escalate to Operational Team Leader, Manager and the Control Centre for any system downtime and review corrective and prevention actions for system abnormalities
- Ensure spare parts are picked accordingly and correctly for repair works, replenished, booked in upon receipt and perform monthly inventory check
- Carry out good 5S practices in Work Area and on Tools & Equipment, ensuring they are inspected and replenished accordingly
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree in the related job field. Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering.
- 3 to 6 years of working experience in a similar role
- Have experience in instrumentation engineering, equipment troubleshooting (ASRS, conveyor, robotic arm, etc.)
- Willing to relocate to Dumai, Riau
