Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficient knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office application / Google Workspace, especially Excel / Sheet.
  • Proven experience in customer service, event coordination, or engagement support roles.
  • Good communication skills with positive attitude and confidence in interacting with different types of stakeholders i.e., internal team and external partners.
  • Proficient in English can be an advantage.
  • Enthusiastic about engaging with customers and stakeholders.
