Job Description:
- Strategic Planning: Initiating and setting goals for programs in line with organizational objectives.
- Program Implementation: Planning and managing the full life cycle of programs, including creating detailed implementation plans and schedules.
- Budget & Resource Management: Developing budgets, controlling costs, and allocating resources across projects.
- Staff Leadership: Recruiting, training, mentoring, and supervising program managers and staff.
- Performance Monitoring: Developing evaluation strategies and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Stakeholder Communication: Reporting detailed status updates to senior leadership and managing relationships with external partners.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensuring all operations adhere to legal guidelines, internal policies, and quality standards
- Experience: Proven experience as a program director or senior management role. Minimum 15+ years of experience
- Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Expertise in risk management, change management, and project management tools
