Job Description

The Employer Branding Staff is responsible for supporting the company's talent attraction and employer branding initiatives through content creation, campaign execution, event coordination, social media management, and candidate engagement activities. This role focuses on increasing employer brand awareness, strengthening candidate experience, and building a sustainable talent pipeline aligned with business hiring needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create and manage employer branding content across social media platforms.
  • Support the development of content calendars aligned with hiring priorities and campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather materials for content production.
  • Ensure employer branding communication aligns with company culture and business direction.
  • Monitor content performance and provide basic insights for optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from any major
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Have interest in Employer Branding, Recruitment, Social Media, or Content Creation
  • Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms
  • Able to use Canva or basic design/editing tools
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Creative, proactive, and up to date with social media trends
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
